Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it
  • Show no signs of heavy use, modification, or damage
  • Include all original components and hardware
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

Items that show signs of excessive wear, misuse, modification, improper installation, or damage will not be eligible for return.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.


Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Defective
  • Missing parts
  • Incorrect

Contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@protocrate.com with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been altered or modified
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper assembly
  • Products showing normal wear and tear

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact support@protocrate.com.
